Booking System Terms and Conditions.
Welcome to the parish booking system. This system is for our Ministry Leaders only. We hope this system will be a convenient tool in your efforts of discipleship and evangelization. In so being, the parish facilities are to be shared among parish ministries. Any “overbooked” spaces are subject to scrutiny and may be canceled at any time by the parish office.
To get approved and have permission to book a room you will need to send (your name, phone number, email address, and ministry) to lpark@stedward.church. Lisa will send you a username and password which will give you access to use the Room Booking system.
