Concession Committee | Comité de Concesiones
| This committee works closely with the Athletic Ministry (SEAM) and other groups to provide food and drinks for various events. Concession stands are staffed by volunteers both on the ball field and in Hamilton Hall (the gymnasium). Finance Council | Consejo de Finanzas
| In accord with the canon law of the Universal Church and the Archdiocesan Financial Policies, the members of this Council provide financial analysis and assistance to the Pastor and the Parish Pastoral Council in the oversight, direction, and reporting of the financial affairs of the parish. The council also prepares the annual budget projection and monthly analysis expenses. Future year financial planning is part of the budget projection work. | De acuerdo con el derecho canónico de la Iglesia Universal y las Políticas Financieras Arquidiocesanas, los miembros de este Consejo proporcionan análisis financiero y asistencia al Párroco y al Consejo Pastoral Parroquial en la supervisión, dirección e información de los asuntos financieros de la parroquia. St. Edward Parish has a Fundraising Review Committee of parish members committed to supporting our parish. The goal of this committee is to ensure that each fundraising event meets the criteria set out by the policies, is consistent with our Christian Stewardship principles, reduces conflicts in scheduling fundraising events, and prevents over-saturation of the parishioners/school families. The criteria for sponsoring a fundraiser and the form to request a fundraiser are available on this website. All fundraising efforts for the internal/external individuals or organizations (e.g., school, parish ministries, SEAM, PIE, Archdiocese, Ursuline Sisters) within the St. Edward parish require the approval of the Fundraising Review Committee. | During the Lenten season each year, we offer quality Fish Frys every Friday evening (5:00 pm to 7:30 pm) in our gymnasium for family, fun, and fellowship. | This ministry comprises volunteers who serve as receptionists in the Parish Office. These ministers answer the phone, take messages, direct calls, and help people who come to our office. Volunteers are needed in the mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and afternoons from 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Training is provided. | Este ministerio está compuesto por voluntarios que sirven como recepcionistas en la Oficina Parroquial. | This committee coordinates and facilitates the annual three-day parish picnic held on the 1st weekend in June. Volunteers are needed for various booths, children’s rides, dinners in the gymnasium, and refreshment areas. | Our parish has a historic, consecrated cemetery on Billtown Road that is available only to parishioners. The Knights of Columbus help maintain and beautify our cemetery. On the weekend nearest All Souls’ Day, a prayer service and blessing of graves are held at the cemetery for the families of our faithfully departed parishioners. | Nuestra parroquia tiene un cementerio histórico y consagrado en Billtown Road, que sólo está disponible para nuestros feligreses. | Trivia Night is an annual fundraising event held each year sponsored by the St. Edward’s Athletic Ministry, usually held in February.
